Within the lessons, you’ll find videos, knowledge checks or interactive activities to enhance your learning. Although not graded, you may be required to complete them to move forward in the module. You are highly encouraged to have a dedicated notebook for this course for writing self-reflections, completing activities, and taking notes.

Once you have viewed an entire lesson, the next one will “unlock” in the course menu. After completing all seven lessons, you will gain access to the 25-question final exam and course evaluation. If you do not pass (80%) the exam on the first attempt, you will be given one opportunity to retake the exam.

You must complete all lessons, pass the exam, and submit the evaluation within six weeks of registering to earn your professional certificate and continuing education credits.
