This informative session is for participants both personally and professionally. We will discuss mental and emotional health on a personal level, including caring for our loved ones and those around us. Participants will learn about becoming aware of triggers and how to combat unhealthy habits with practical ideas. This session provides personal motivation as well as awareness and education so participants can consider generational differences when addressing others’ mental and emotional health.
Following this session, participants will be able to:
- describe cognitive behavioral techniques to help individuals manage stress, anxiety, and mild depression.
- easily detect the signs and symptoms of mental and emotional health issues.
- identify how leaders with limited resources can help others in their organization.
