have become increasingly relevant in the past decade with world events, new technologies,
and emotional health being strongly connected to better work/life balance. In
order to promote a model for best work culture practices in a digital
landscape, you’ll learn creative, sustainable solutions to engage and improve
the performance of your remote teams—using empathy as a foundational, practical
tool.
OBJECTIVES

this session, participants will be able to:
- identify the catalysts of burnout within a remote work environment.
- define empathetic practices, communication styles, and effective collaboration techniques within a remote team.
- implement sustainable solutions, empowering change-makers to create empathetic work cultures for years to come.
