ABSTRACT
The role of health and well-being professionals is changing. Based on emerging trends, opportunities exist for professionals to play a more critical role in their organizations by challenging the status quo around measurement and evaluation. Leveraging analytics and data science provides innovative ways to deliver value and make a greater impact on individuals, organizations, and societies. This session will explore emerging trends and how to further activate analytics and data science to prepare for future well-being roles in the workplace.

OBJECTIVES
Following this session, participants will be able to:

  1. identify key players in leading well-being movements.
  2. understand well-being factors and how well-being is measured using data, analytics, and data science.
  3. develop a strategy and outline a plan of action to achieve goals.

    Julia Suzuki is a workplace well-being consultant with data & analytics background. Because of emerging trends, she decided to pivot to operate at the intersection of workplace well-being and data & artificial intelligence. Julia was the well-being champion for Accenture Detroit in 2020 while serving client-facing projects for Accenture’s Applied Intelligence. She helped Accenture Detroit earn workplace awards from Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) and Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) in 2022.
