Many employers desire to create a culture of health at their worksites, investing millions of dollars in their benefits each year, yet underutilize key plan features and tools that can assist with this. In this session, we will discuss what it means to create a culture of health and highlight different strategies and common tools available through health plans that employers can use to influence culture in an objective, measurable fashion.
Following this session, participants will be able to:
- define their organization's desired culture of health and how this can be measured.
- identify how their medical plan can support their desired culture of health.
- list key tools and strategies that can help their team create a culture of health.
