Our workforce has forever changed, including quiet quitting, the great resignation, mental health concerns, and more. Creating psychological safety is a deeper solution to address well-being in our organizations, and Bellin Health is working to help employers understand the connection. This session will help you learn how a healthy culture leads to better retention, healthier employees, and greater engagement and profits. You will leave with practical ideas to implement in your organization.

OBJECTIVES
Following this session, participants will be able to:

  1. define psychological safety and why it impacts our workforce.
  2. identify practices and techniques to improve trust and safety in their own cultures.
  3. access Bellin Health's free psychological safety program or get ideas to start their own.

NOTE: "Registration" for individual sessions is not required. Once onsite, you may attend any sessions on the day(s) for which you are registered.

    As Bellin Health’s Health and Wellbeing Consultant, Linda Golik has over 20 years’ experience in multimedia and health and wellbeing education and coaching. She leads Bellin Health’s Lifesaver Wellbeing Program, as well as an internal cultural change program focusing on building psychological safety called "Civilitas." She also produces two podcasts "Mental Health Moments" and "Prescription for Life" both of which focus on helping people develop healthier lives through all dimensions of health and wellbeing.
