Description
ABSTRACT
Generational wellness is both passing down and exchanging healthy habits between one generation and another. This can be achieved by one person in a family making the commitment to optimize their health and lead by example. In this session, you will learn how to create generational wellness from the story of a young black man who experienced health trauma, cultivated sustainable self-care habits, and empowered their family, and community, to improve their quality of life.
