we will discuss the A.C.T.I.V.A.T.E. action steps one can implement for
themselves and in coaching sessions to improve overall health and wellness.
Participants will leave with an understanding of how to coach individuals in
implementing lasting changes. During the session, they will also have an
opportunity to develop their own plan with actionable steps to move toward
this session, participants will be able to:
