Description
ABSTRACT
This program
enables employees to make effective decisions in their organizations and career
by cultivating a rational, clear, and calm mind that can observe what is at
hand, and bring objectivity to every situation despite stress and adversity. Attendees
will enhance emotional intelligence, self-control, resiliency, and
communication skills. Progress will be monitored either by the Mindfulness
Based Attention Scale (MAAS) or the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire
(FFMQ).
OBJECTIVES
Following
this session, participants will be able to:
- identify negative thought patterns and proactively cope with life’s challenges.
- define and actively work toward self-mastery.
- assess their life and status with reduced reactivity.
