Jesse Gavin, Well-Being Director, Baylor College
Jesse Gavin is the Well-Being Director for Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) in Houston, TX. Under his leadership, BCM won the 2018 WELCOA Well Workplace Award, 2019 C. Everett Koop Award Winner, and is routinely named one of the Nation’s Healthiest 100 organizations. Jesse volunteers with various well-being groups and non-profit organizations in the community, including the Health Enhancement Research Organization, MS Society, Houston Business Group on Health, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. He speaks at national conferences on creating healthy workplaces, building connections among people, and reducing employee burnout. His research interests include creating foundational and structural organizational changes to empower and engage employees.
Mitch Martens, Clinical Wellness Director, Huntington Health
Mitch is the Clinical Wellness Director for Huntington Health in Pasadena, CA. For the past 25+ years, Mitch has cultivated academic and professional experiences and applied them to the importance of turning theory into practical applications. He follows a simple philosophy that can be found in any of his programing…humans are motivated at the heart and when you risk going there, the possibilities are endless.

What might be more interesting is knowing he has a secret drawer of snacks in his desk. To quite the inner-critic he has learned to fake-it in social settings. He wants an apology from the person who invented burpees. And sadly, he recently learned eating a row of Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies will not make you thin.
Ryan Wolf, EdD, HR & Wellbeing Consultant
Ryan Wolf is a seasoned professional specializing in leadership, human capital, and wellbeing. With a Doctor of Education from Nebraska Methodist College and an MBA focusing on management and healthcare, Ryan's expertise lies at the intersection of organizational effectiveness and individual flourishing. As a Gallup Global Strengths Coach, Ryan has led global wellbeing teams and spearheaded initiatives across APAC, EMEA, and AMER. His contributions range from designing comprehensive HR and benefits strategies to facilitating skill-building sessions worldwide.

Ryan's experience includes roles at Gallup, where he managed wellbeing, benefits, and HR programs, authored articles for Gallup, and consulted with clients. Ryan serves on multiple boards and volunteers his time coaching several youth sports teams. With a passion for empowering individuals and organizations to thrive, Ryan is dedicated to creating a positive impact on a global scale.
