Upbeat! Optimizing Well-being Through Mindset, Mindfulness, & Music

Upbeat! Optimizing Well-being
Through Mindset, Mindfulness, & Music

March 26, 2024 | 12 p.m.–1 p.m. CT
Just as a conductor’s preparatory “upbeat” gesture at the beginning of a performance influences the way an ensemble plays, we too get to choose our “upbeat”—our thoughts and attitudes—at the start of each day and influence everyone we engage with, including our clients, colleagues, and community. Drawing on proven research and a deep passion for helping professionals from all walks of life master self-reflection to advance their leadership skills, Dr. Arau will bring winning mindset and mindfulness strategies to the forefront to help webinar participants optimize all dimensions of personal and professional wellness, foster cultures of excellence and connection, and advance a growth mindset. As the conductors and composers of our own lives, we can experience greater fulfillment, achieve our goals, and demonstrate the living of an “upbeat” life from a posture of intentionality, gratitude, positivity, and enthusiasm.
