Mapping Out Meaning for Employee Well-being

October 22, 2024 | 12 p.m.–1 p.m. CT

A special joint webinar for NWI & WELCOA members only!
"Mapping Out Meaning for Employee Well-being" is a concept based on ecosystems, aiming to create a positive work environment by integrating elements like psychological safety, high-quality relationships, and mental toughness. These components can foster a cultural narrative of toughness and teamwork, empowering employees to tackle challenges together. We will delve into this journey by sharing strategies employed in one of the most challenging organizations to transform: the U.S. Military. These efforts have directly impacted over 2,000 trained service members across 37 different states/territories and even executive leaders in Washington, DC and have improved purpose, optimism, intrinsic motivation, emotional intelligence, and leadership coaching, and saved 15 lives from suicide.
