The health and well-being of BIPOC employees is rooted in their culture, which can hold them back from being healthy. These communities, in particular, continue to see a rise in illness, disease, and chronic health conditions, making the case for providing and supporting intentional well-being enhancement opportunities for BIPOC employees in the workplace. This session will outline how incorporating a Well-being Playbook that considers employees’ whole-body health, as well their culture and lived experiences, can be a successful, inclusive strategy for elevating the well-being of diverse employee groups. Attendees will explore key components of a Well-being Playbook they can develop to redesign healthy culture and enhance employees’ well-being and performance.

- define what a Well-being Playbook is.
- identify what a company should considering including their Well-being Playbook.
- explain why the benefit of a Well-being Playbook for for employers and employees.
